摘要
本文介绍了一种HPGeγ谱仪点源到体源效率的相对比较传递方法。采用一种简单参数的蒙特卡罗方法计算峰效率,实验测量点源的效率曲线,并与一个“标准”测量系统或一系列测量系统的计算和实验结果相对比较,可以获得体源的效率刻度。在探测效率分别为20%、30%、50%的HPGe谱仪系统上,用这种方法获得的体源效率与实验测量结果的偏差在±4%以内。
