兔颈部放疗后内皮素-1的检测

摘要 目的探讨颈部放疗后内皮素、血脂值的变化与颈动脉粥样硬化发生的可能关系。方法将实验雌兔行临床上常规钴60颈部照射,分成对照组(未照射组)、40Gy照射组、70Gy照射组、70Gy照射后10周组。应用放免检测内皮素释放,并检测血清总固醇、游离胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白醇。结果内皮素-1值随放射总量的增加而增加,40Gy组、70Gy组分别较放疗前增2~5倍,差异有显著性(P<0.01);70Gy照射后10周组较照射组明显降低,但仍高于未照射组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);血脂则无明显变化。结论放疗是刺激内皮素释放的重要因素,颈部钴60照射后可能是颈部放疗后并发动脉硬化的一个重要原因。 [Objective] To detect the changes of enothelin(ET-1), serum total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol during the course of irradiation to find out relation to carotid atherosclerosis. [Method] Forty eight female rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(no irradiation), 40 Gy^60Co irradiation group, 70 Gy^60Co irradiation group, 70 Gy^60Co irradiation after 10 weeks group. The release of ET-1, TC, FC, HDL-C were detected. [Results] ET-1 increased in proportion to the argumentation of ^60Co irradiation doses. In irradiation groups ET-1 was two-five times that of control group (P 〈0.01). ET-1 decreased in 70 Gy^60Co irradiation after 10 weeks group but was still higher than that of control group(P 〈0.05) . Cholesterol levels has no obvious change. [Conclusion] Irradiation is able to induce the release of ET-1. It may play an important role in the lesion in early stage of carotid atheroscterrosis after neck irradiation.
