主动脉窦瘤破裂合并感染性心内膜炎的手术治疗(附19例报告)

Operative treatment of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm complicating infective endocarditis (19 cases report )

目的探讨主动脉窦瘤破裂合并感染性心内膜炎的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析19例主动脉窦瘤破裂合并感染性心内膜炎的患者临床资料、手术方法及疗效。结果所有患者均在全身麻醉体外循环下行心内直视修补术。本组患者围术期死亡1例,死亡率5.26%,无远期死亡;再次手术1例;余患者心功能改善明显,手术效果满意。结论主动脉窦瘤破裂合并感染性心内膜炎是一种严重的心脏疾病,手术是目前唯一有效的治疗方法,手术方法对预后影响很大。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical features and treatment methods of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm complicating infective endocarditis. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of clinical data,surgical methods and therapeutic effects of 19 cases of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm complicating infective endocarditis. [Results] All patients underwent open heart surgical repair by the aid of general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass. Among this group of patients, hospital death occurred in 1 case, resulting in an mortalily rate of 5.26%; no long-term death; 1 case re-operation;The other patients with cardiac function improved significantly. Surgical results were satisfactory. [Conclusion] Ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm complicating infective endocarditis is a serious heart disease, surgery is currently the only effective treatment methods, surgical methods significant impact on prognosis.
