体外受精-胚胎移植妇女的心理状况对治疗结局的影响

Mental status of infertile women treated with IVF-ET and effects of outcome of their treatment

目的研究行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的不孕妇女在治疗过程中的心理状况以及心理状况对其治疗结局的影响。方法采用不孕妇女一般情况问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对100例IVF-ET妇女和100例正常生育妇女(对照组)的心理状况进行测评。结果IVF-ET妇女心理状况明显差于正常生育妇女(P<0.01);IVF-ET未获得妊娠妇女的心理状况明显差于获得妊娠的妇女(P<0.05)。结论在IVF-ET妇女的治疗过程中,应提供心理支持与帮助。

[Objective] To investigate mental status and its influence on the outcome of infertile women by in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. [Methods] Mental status was investigated in 100 infertile women treated with IVF-ET and 100 fertile women as normal control. Individual Information Sheet, Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） were used in this study. [Results] Mental status of infertile women treated with IVF-ET is worse than that of fertile women（P〈0.01）. Mental status of failed groups is worse than that of success ones（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Psychological consultation and mental support should be provided in the program of infertile women treated with IVF-ET.
