摘要
建立快速、简便的测定葡萄酒中酒精度的方法。以蒸馏水为背景,利用傅立叶变换近红外光谱透射法直接对葡萄酒样液进行测定,建立了葡萄酒酒精度定量分析模型。该方法具有良好的线性相关性,近红外光谱法与实验室标准分析方法测定结果基本一致,其预测相关系数R2=0.998,和平均相对误差为0.5401%。该方法重复性好,具有操作简单、快捷、无污染等诸多优点。
A simple method for the rapid determination of alcohol content in wine was established. The mathematics model for quantitative analysis of alcohol content was developed by measuring wine samples using Fourier transform near infrared (FT-NIR) spectntm transmission technology. The linear range of the method was favorable and the results determined by near infrared spectroscopy roughly coincided with that obtained by the standard method, the predicted coefficient (R^2) and the mean relative error were 0.998 and 0.5401%, respectively. The method possessed lots of advantages such as good repeatability, short testing time, simple operation and being free of contamination.
