等离子体发射光谱法测定水中铝的不确定度

Uncertainty evaluation of aluminum in water by ICP-AES

采用现代统计手段进行了等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定水中重金属的不确定度的评估。以测定水中的铝为例,分析了不确定度的主要来源,并将各不确定度分量进行合成。该法适合于以线性回归法得出检测结果的不确定度评估。

In this paper, the method of uncertainty on determining the concentration of heavy metal in the water is evaluated by modem statistic way. Taking determination of the aluminum in the water for example, the uncertainty sources for each of the parameters were analyzed and combined. The proposed method was also suitable for the evaluation of uncertainty on the results obtained by using the linear regressive standard curve.
