HCN通道在神经系统中的功能和作用 被引量:3

摘要 HCN通道(hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated channels)是一种超极化激活的,选择性通透K+、Na+,直接受cAMP调控的离子通道,其在神经系统中有多方面的功能并与癫痫等神经疾病有关系。对HCN通道正常生理功能以及与疾病的关系的深入认识,必将对今后的研究和临床有深远的意义。
