摘要
精确打击需要及时对毁伤效果进行评估,以便确定射击是否转移、停止以及联合行动是否按计划推进等基本问题。目前的航空、航天摄影评估均不能完成上述任务。然而,基于卫星精确制导下的弹载摄影毁伤评估系统,可以让指挥机关在打击后的数十秒内获得毁伤图像。详细论述了基于北斗卫星导航精确制导下的巡航导弹、机载空对地导弹、空投卫星制导炸弹中的弹载毁伤评估系统的工作原理、基本技术参数、效果及推广前景。
The effect of damage needs to be evaluated in time after precision strike to determine whether the shoot is displaced, stopped and the joint action is advanced according to the plan. The above tasks can't be accomplished by the current aviation or aerospace survey evaluation system. But the damage evaluation system by photogrammetric survey on missile based on the Beidou satellite navigation system can make the command department get the image of damage within several tens of seconds after the strike. In this paper, the operation principle, primary technical parameters, effect and spreading prospect of the damage evaluation system by photogrammetric survey on cruise missile, aircraft air-to-grotmd missile and satellite navigated aircraft bomb.
