基于DEA方法的南京地区社会发展协调评价研究

To Study on Evaluating Development of the Harmonious Society in Nanjing Based on DEA Method

经济发展能否与社会和谐同步,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,从投入产出的角度,对南京地区社会发展协调程度进行了评价分析。通过计算南京地区1997-2006年社会发展协调指数,分析其中非DEA有效年份的投入产出指标,为南京地区和谐社会建设提供决策支持。

Whether economic development can be Synchronous with social harmony or not ,the paper makes an analysis of the degree of social harnaony in Nanjing area by the Date Envelopment Analysis （DEA） and from the input and output,calculates the harmonious society indexes of Nanjing area during the 1997-2006 period, investigates the scale returns in the sample years,and makes a corresponding analysis of the input-output factors in the non-DEA years so to provide support for the Nanjing government,s decision-making about building a harmonious society.
