目前国内越来越多的工程项目采用总承包模式(EPC)进行建设。物资管理工作是总承包项目管理工作的重要组成部分,是总承包项目顺利实施的前提。从项目现场物资管理需要的角度对物资的精细化管理进行探讨。

Currently more and more domestic projects adopt EPC contracting mode to construct, the equipments and materials management is the major part of the whole EPC contracting, and it is also the important premise of EPC Contracting. This paper will discuss the fine management to the equipments and materials from the need of site.
