摘要
以三乙胺为催化剂和溶剂,衣康酸和丙二酸为原料,采用迈克尔加成反应合成了含有6个羧基的多元羧酸DEMB.运用正交实验分析得出了最佳合成条件:n(三乙胺)∶n(丙二酸)=3∶1;n(丙二酸)∶n(衣康酸)=1∶2.2;85℃反应3h.应用试验表明,用DEMB处理后棉织物的急弹折皱回复角213°,缓弹折皱回复角246°,白度由81.87增加到83.80,强力保留率为84.2%,表明DEMB作抗皱整理剂可用于棉织物的无甲醛抗皱整理.
Six carboxyl acids DEMB was produced with Michael Reaction using triethylamine as alkaline catalyst and solvent, malonic acid and itaconic acid as raw materials. By orthogonal experiment,the best reaction condition was found: the ratio of triethylamine to malonic acid was 3:1; the ratio of malonic acid to itaconic acid was 1:2.2; reaction temperature 85 ℃; reaction time 3 h. The experiment results showed that the urgent wrinkle recovery angle of DEMB treated cotton fabric was 213°, slow wrinkle recovery angle was 246°, the whiteness of before and after treated fabrics increased from 81.87 to 83.80. The breaking strength of finished fabrics lost less, and the breaking strength retention was 84.2%. The results indicated that polycarboxylic acid DEMB had a prospective application in cotton crease resistant finish.
