摘要 以硅酸钠为原料制备活性硅酸[w(SiO2)为3%,pH=3,活化时间30~40min],再加入n(Fe3+)/n(SiO2)为1.0的硫酸铁,陈化后即得改性活性硅酸.以弱酸性染料为模拟印染废水进行絮凝沉淀实验,在该絮凝剂用量8mg/100mL,染液pH=7.5时静置1h条件下,脱色率和CODCr去除率可分别达到97.87%和98.28%.同样条件下,可测得此法对直接染料和活性染料也有很好的效果. Modified activated silicic acid was prepared using sodium silicate, in this experiment SiO2 content was 3%, pH was 3, activation time was about 30 to 40 minutes. Ferric sulfate [n(Fe3+)/n(SiO2) was 1.0] was added successively and thus modified activated silicic acid was obtained after ageing. Weak acid dyes, to simulate the dyeing and printing waste water, was used in the flocculate deposition experiments. The decoloration rate and CODe removal rate could reach 97.87% and 98.28% when fiocculant addition was 8 mg/100 mL, the pH value of dye solution was 7.5 and the dye solution was stood for 1 hour. This method was also effective for direct dyes and reactive dyes under the same conditions.
