矽肺和煤工尘肺中的细胞因子及细胞因子网络 被引量:2

摘要 巨噬细胞(AM)通过调节氧自由基、酶的生成从而在肺部炎症扮演了一个主要角色.是肺部炎症反应的关键细胞.花生四烯酸的代谢产物也是细胞因子中的一大类。矽肺和煤工尘肺(CWP)是最普遍的肺纤维化疾病之一。目前关于尘肺病的发病机理认为肺泡巨噬细胞扮演着主要角色,因为它能释放各种活性物质,例如类花生四烯酸代谢物、破坏性蛋白水解酶、炎症生长和分化因子。另外,固有细胞(如内皮细胞、上皮细胞和成纤维细胞)它们本身就是效应细胞.分泌和表达多种细胞因子和分子参与炎症反应和纤维化过程。
