经颅多普勒超声微栓子信号的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 1990年Spencer等在颈内动脉剥脱术中发现在血流中通过的血小板或血栓碎片等固体颗粒能被经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检测到，表现为短暂出现在血流频谱中单方向的高强度信号一微栓子信号（MES）。此后．这项技术经历了从早期的动物实验模型到患者栓子检测等多个阶段，TCD微栓子检测技术开始广泛应用于各种疾病．如颈动脉剥脱术术中及术后检测．心脏换瓣术术中及术后检测，缺血性脑血管病．颈动脉粥样硬化狭窄，药物疗效检测评价等．但所得结果不尽相同。近年来在栓子信号与伪信号的鉴别上也有很大的进步．提高了检出率和准确率．有助于研究栓塞的发病机制和指导临床治疗。现将其信号研究进展综述如下：
