非本意结果指人类经济与社会发展中,人们事先做了调查研究,制定了周密计划步骤,再去实践过程中或其后所出现的与本意预期结果不同的或相反的结果;其基本特性是实践前不能完全或充分认识,是对人们本意结果更高一层的本意结果的偏离。非本意结果问题,在当代的发生及作用越来越具有某种规模性、某种高频性、某种普遍性。不宜将"非本意结果"视为逻辑矛盾而简单地予以摒弃,实际上它具有某种悖论性质。对"非本意结果",人们应当承认它、正视它、认识它并有所作为。对非本意结果的基本应对办法:摸着石头过河。非本意结果问题,在当代已经上升为普遍性和全局性问题,上升为全球性和长远性问题。

The result of non-real intention refers to one which is different from or contrary to one＇s expectations though comprehensive investigation and well-conceived plan have been made beforehand in the process of human economical and social development. Its basic feature is that it can not be fully understood before practice. It is inappropriate to regard the result of non-real intention as self-contradictory and then abandon it, because it actually possesses some nature of paradox. As for ＂the result of non-real intention＂, people should acknowledge it, face it squarely and understand it, thereby attempting and accomplishing something through trial and error. The result of non-real intention has become universally and overall important and risen to be a global and long-term issue.
