摘要
充分利用EDA和单片机的优点,提出了一种新颖的直流电动机PWM驱动控制器设计方法,实现了电机速度和位置的精确控制。实验证明该驱动控制器可控精度高、可靠稳定、可维护性强,具有很好的应用前景。驱动控制器在移动机器人运动控制中得到了良好的应用。
The paper put forward a novel PWM controller design method for DC motor using single chip processor and EDA technique. PWM driver which completes speed and position control for DC motor which was designed using CPLD and single chip processor. The instrument has features of high preci- sion, efficiency, explicit structure, better maintainability and it has broad prospect in application. Mo- reover, this paper designed and made motion control system for the mobile robot, which was driven by DC motor, realized the real-time control to the robot with high precision.
