摘要
针对频繁起停、快速准确定位的激光内雕机,采用两相混合式步进电机和增量式光电编码器实现位置闭环控制,可将三轴联动的轴向位置精度控制在1μm以内。介绍了小功率两相步进电机驱动电路的设计、位置检测信号的构成以及三轴联动的激光内雕机系统。
As for frequent on-off, the laser sub-marker which can position fasted and precisely adopts two-phase mixed motor step and incremental hybrid photoelectric encoders to realize position close-loop control so that the accuracy of axial position of three-axle linkage is within 1 um. The precise positioning t, of the system has been achieved. The design of driving circuit in small-power two-phase motor step is introduced. Meanwhile the structure of position detecting system and laser sub-marker system of three-axle linkage are mentioned as well
