摘要
线圈驱动器是用电磁能推动电枢的一类发射装置。由于在驱动过程中,驱动线圈受到非常大的反作用力,可能使驱动线圈断裂或破坏,影响线圈驱动器的正常的工作。应用有限元软件ANSYS,采用场-路耦合的分析方法对驱动线圈的结构变形进行分析,提出了增大驱动线圈强度的一些措施。
The electromagnetism driver is a kind of discharger that can push forward the driver with the electromagnetism, in driving the course, because the drive coil suffers the very big reacting force, the drive coil is made to split or destroy probably, and then the normal work of whole electromagnetism driv- er. Therefore, this text, was applied the analysis method that limited first software ANSYS, adopted circuit - magnetic field-structure coupling to analyse to the structure of drive coil, and contributes to putting forward to some measures enlarging drive coil intensity at the same time.
