充矿鲁南化肥厂根据合成氨生产装置的工艺特点,采用聚乙二醇二甲醚溶剂(NHD)通过物理吸收酸性气及加热再生的方法,对其排出的酸性气体进行处理来制取高纯度硫化氢气体。该工艺流程简单,两塔流程中吸收塔和再生塔均为填料塔,选用新型填料QH-1扁环,成功生产出体积分数大于95%的硫化氢产品。

Acid gas is absorbed by NHD and regeneration is conducted by heating. Discharged acid gas is used to make high-purity hydrogen sulfide.This flow process is simple.Absorption tower and regeneration tower are of packed tower, where nwe-style packing QH-1 is used.
