摘要
通过对浙江省内医院的问卷调查和实地调研,比较研究国有医院和民营医院服务创新的三个构成要素(创新战略、创新资源和创新绩效)及其关键因素。结果表明,国有医院与民营医院在不同的关键因素影响下,形成了不同的创新能力和具有自身特色的服务创新战略;医院在开展服务创新过程中,应根据自身特点,认清关键因素,提高创新绩效,增强核心竞争力。
We investigated hospitals in Zhejiang Province and compared three components of service innovation and their critical factors of public hospitals and private hospitals. The results showed that public hospitals and private hospitals influenced by different critical factors formed different innovation capability and service innovation strategy. We proposed that hospitals should make critical factors clear, increase innovation performance and core competence.
