摘要
为提高直流电机的调速精度和转速稳定性,利用小波分析技术,提取电流、电压和转速的小波系数中的故障特征,判别故障,做到针对性修正转速。设计了基于错误检测判别,自动修正转速的直流电机调速器,并和常规调速器的性能进行了对比实验。经过实验和生产实践验证,该控制系统具有较好的稳态性能与瞬态性能,较高的精度和可靠性。
In order to improve the accuracy and the stability of rotating speed, the controller of DC motor based on capacity of automatic detection error and correction speed was designed. It uses the wavelet transformation to extract the time-frequency information of the wavelet coefficients of current, voltage and rotating speed to judge the faults and to correct speed. Tests were made to contrast with ordinary controller. Experiments and tests showed that this system had better stability and instantaneity as well as higher accuracy and reliability
