摘要
工艺规划是数字化快速工艺准备的核心内容之一。工艺规划是制造中的重要活动,系统地确定详细的制造过程,在可用资源及其能力的范围内满足设计规格的要求,直接影响着企业生产的组织、零件质量的保证和生产技术的革新。本文针对Multi-agent系统及其知识表达和推理进行了分析与总结,将Multi-agent技术与工艺规划的智能化要求相融合,从宏观与微观的角度对工艺规划进行研究,宏观上建立了工艺规划的系统框架——Multi-agent系统模型;微观上提出了工艺规划原子级任务之间的三种关系模型。
Process planning is one of the key issues in digtal rapid process preparation. It is an act of preparing detailed operation instructions to transform an engineering design to a final part by combining manufacturing process knowledge with a specific design according to available manufacturing resources on a shop floor. It is thus the most important task in manufacturing domain and the foundation of all production activities. Multi-agent system and its knowledge representation and reasoning were analyzed, multi-agent system model for process planning was presented by combining multi-agent with process planning from the macrocosmic viewpoint while three relation models for atomic tasks of process planning from the microcosmic viewpoint.
