摘要
数控系统的实时性一直是数控研究领域的热点和难点。嵌入式数控由于其主频和内存相对低的特点影响了系统的实时性能,本文通过采用实时操作系统、预编译的译码方法和中断传输,很好地改善了数控系统的实时性。预编译方法的提出,使得译码和加工分开,是一种在嵌入式数控应用中的新方法。
The embedded CNC system has lower main frequency and memory, which affects the real-time of the system. The real-time of the system was improved by adoptting real-time operation system, pre-compiling and interrupt permission. Pre-compiling can separate compiling from machining, which is a new method in embedded CNC system application.
