摘要
提出了一种在激光切割机切割柔性印刷电路板(FPCB)时,实现工件自动定位和畸变校正的加工方法。以FPCB上的标记孔的圆心点为基准、以CCD成像为手段,获取FPCB在机床坐标系下的实际位置和实际畸变;再以射影变换实现FPCB的自动定位和畸变校正。本文提出的方法既实现了工件准确定位,又实现了FPCB畸变校正,显著提高了激光切割的精度。
A method for the part automatical locating and deformation compensation in the motion control software module of laser cutting machine was presented. The method uses the center points of mark holes on the generally flexible printed circuit board as refer- ence and uses CCD imaging to obtain the real position and deformation of the part, and then applies projective transformation method to implement the part automatic location and part deformation correction. The method realizes the precise location of the part and improves the working accuracy.
