基于LabVIEW的混凝土泵压力和位移数据采集系统

Data Acquisition System for Pressure and Displacement of Concrete Pump Based on LabVIEW

基于虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW 7.1开发了混凝土泵压力和位移数据采集系统。介绍了该数据采集系统的硬件组成及其设计过程,给出了采用LabVIEW编写的数据采集系统程序框图。该数据采集系统既可以将压力和位移数据进行显示,又可以将采集到的数据写入到硬盘中,以文件的形式进行保存。现场试验表明,该系统性能可靠、操作方便。

The data acquisition system for pressure and displacement of concrete pump was developed based on LabVIEW 7.1. The hardware composition of the system was introduced, the design process of the system was explained, the block diagram written with LabVIEW of the system was illustrated. The system can display the data of pressure and displacement of concrete pump, can write the data into hard disk and save the data in the form of file. The on-site experiment indicates that the system has credibility performance and is easy to be operated.
