摘要
针对自动铝带绕片机原有液压系统的缺陷,提出了一种新型液压数控系统解决方案。充分利用原数控系统资源,有效解决了各个液压缸组之间运行不同步的问题,并利用Visual C++6.0开发了基于PMAC多轴运动控制器基本动态链接库函数PComm32Pro的液压数控系统实时数据采集与显示管理软件。该液压数控系统具有良好的人机交互性,提高了整个系统性能和竞争力。
A new method of hydraulic CNC system was introduced which is aimed at the limitation of the automatic aluminouswinding machine hydraulic CNC system. The problems that the group of hydraulic cylinder are fall out of synchronization when running were solved. Visual C + + was used to exploit the software which is based on the dynamic link library PComm32Pro of the PMAC and was used for data acquisition in real time and displaying of the management software system, The developed system has a good computer human interaction and improves the whole system performance.
