冠心病患者血小板相关参数和尿酸的变化及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血小板相关参数和尿酸的变化及其意义。方法:测定冠心病组和对照组血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)及尿酸(UA),并对检测结果进行分析、比较。结果:与对照组相比,冠心病组MPV、PDW及UA水平明显升高,且与病情程度相关;PLT、PCT水平明显降低;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血小板相关参数异常和尿酸水平升高与冠心病密切相关。提示可将血小板相关参数、尿酸作为冠心病诊断和治疗监测的重要指标。 Objective: To investigate the changes of hemotoblastic relevant parameter(HRP) and uric acid(UA) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and its significance. Methods:Blood platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV) ,plateletcrit(PCT), platelet volume distribution width(PDW)and uric acid(UA) Were measured and compared between CHD group and control group. Results: The levels of MPV,PDW and UA were significantly higher in CHD group than that in control group,and they were correlated with the CHD change degree. The levels of PLT and PCT in CHD group were significantly lower than that in control group; there was more statistical difference between two groups (P(0. 01). Conclusion: The abnormality of HRP and the increase of UA level can be valuable biomarkers in diagnosis and treatment monitor of the patients with CHD.
