共刺激分子B7与肿瘤免疫的研究进展

摘要 共刺激分子B7家族对激活和抑制T细胞免疫非常关键。这些分子不仅提供起始、增强和维持T细胞免疫关键的正向第二信号,而且产生限制、减弱和中止T细胞反应的关键信号。大多数肿瘤细胞表面不表达共刺激分子B7,或表达水平很低,不能使T细胞活化,从而使肿瘤细胞能够逃逸机体免疫的监视。
