摘要
文章围绕供电公司试点进行绩效管理体系建设,分析企业绩效管理现状,针对推进体系建设工作的机遇和威胁,提出体系建设工作的工作思路和具体策略,稳步推进企业人力资源管理变革。
Around the construction of the performance management at experiment place of power supply enterprise,the paper analysed the current situation of the performance management to confront the opprtunities and challenges,proposed a strategy for constructing the performance manafement system, and stably promoted the reform of human resource management.
