摘要
通过对我国当前东中西三大区域高等教育发展现状的调查,利用Matlab软件、基尼系数的理论,对区域高等教育多因素非均衡性进行量化评估,分析和讨论了缩小区域高等教育差距的对策.
Based on the investigation of the present development situation in the three big areas such as eastern, central section and western area, by making use of Matlab software and Gini modulus theory, the paper estimates quantitatively the unbalanced development and discusses the countermeasures to reduce the area gap in higher education.
