摘要 阐述了我国电力工业的能源利用现状以及国家的相关政策和规划,认为我国整体发电机组能效水平较低的主要原因是火电机组运行方式不合理,小火电机组比重过大。针对节能减排政策环境下我国电力工业的发展趋势,指出中国电力工业实现节能减排目标的出路在于加强政策引导、逐步优化能源结构以及加强电网同步建设等。 This paper introduces the present situation of resource consumption in China's power industry and related policy and plan, deeming that the relatively low energy efficiency of power generating units on the whole in China is mainly caused by the irrational operational mode of thermal units and the excessive proportion of small thermal units. It analyzes in detail the development trend of China's power industry in the policy environment of energy conservation and emission reduction. It is pointed out that the way out for China's power industry to realize the target of energy conservation and emission reduction is to strengthen policy guidance, gradually optimize energy structure and reinforce the construction of power grid synchronously.
