大学校园文化对实现大学职能的作用探析

学校是一种特殊的教育环境,也是一种特殊的文化环境。大学是实施高等教育的场所,过去,人们较多的把它视为一种教育环境,如果从文化的角度来审视大学的校园,她又是一个特殊的文化环境,因此,大学的文化也即是大学校园文化。本文以大学校园文化的概念为思考的出发点,分析了他所包含的内容,并从教育学的角度来探讨大学校园文化对实现大学职能的作用。

School is not only a kind of specially educational environment, but also a kind of specially cultural environment . Higher school is a place of carrying out higher education ,in the past ,people always looked on it as a kind of educational environment. But if we reconsider the campus from the perspective of culture, it is a specially cultural environment, so the culfhre of higher school is also the campus culture of colleges and universities. Based on the definition of the campus culture of.colleges and universities, this paper will analyze content. At the same time, we will also show the relations between campus culture from the point of the culture ;in addition .we will discuss the campus culture whose effect is to the function of colleges and universities.
