摘要
用压缩空气驱动的压强脉冲对快响应压力传感器进行动态标定,在激波管中产生压强脉冲,压强为0.03—0.11MPa,脉宽为4ms。用该方法进行电子束在激光腔中能量沉积的模拟实验,检验了屏蔽措施带来的误差。
In the experiment of energy deposition of electron beam in gases by pressure measurement,it is often needed to calibrate the pressure transducer,and in order to reduce the noise from scattering electrons,a short tube,a mental net and a thin non conducting foil are used,so it is important for precise pressure measurment to calibrate the transducer.For the purpose we develop the unit and establish some calibration methods,the main parts of which include:a shock tube,injection of pneumatic air,precise meter,485 model of oscilloscope and fast response pressure transducer.The produced pressure pulse ranges from 0.04 MPa to 0.11 MPa.Two transducers are calibrated by the device.The calibrated results are reliable.Further,the simulation experiment of energy deposition is performed by the device and the relevant technology is used in the measurement of energy deposition in the double e beam pumping.
