摘要
采用直接复分解法合成葡萄糖酸锌,通过滴加乙醇降低它在水溶液中的溶解度从而得到它的晶体.通过红外光谱测定和熔点测定对葡萄糖酸锌进行表征,并通过通过一系列的实验探究了反应温度,反应物配比等客观条件对葡萄糖酸锌产率的影响.从而得出合成葡萄糖酸锌的较佳条件.
This article uses the direct double decomposition method to synthesis zinc gluconate, through adding ethyl alcohol to reduce its watery solution solubility and to obtain its crystal, Firstly, We characterize zinc gluconate through infrared spectral measurements and melting point measurement. Furthermore, we inquire into the reaction temperature, the reactant allocated proportion and so on which influence the detachment condition to the zinc gluconate production rate through a series of experiments. Finally ,we obtain the best condition of synthesizing it.
