Faults in Operation of CFB Boiler

CFB锅炉是一种新型洁净煤燃烧技术。在了解运行过程的基础上,发现了CFB锅炉存在的,诸如冷渣器故障,J阀旋风分离器、给煤系统故障、CFB锅炉的磨损和浇注料脱落、CFB锅炉的膨胀问题。针对CFB锅炉在运行和维护等方面的问题,通过反复现场摸索、查阅资料、分析众多厂家的运行数据并结合运行和调试经验,初步形成了解决措施,为CFB锅炉的运行和设计提供借鉴和参考。

CFB boiler is a new type of clean coal-combustion technique. In the process of investigating the operation of CFB boilers,some of their faults are found,for example,breakdown of slag-cooler,J valve cyclone separating device and coal supply system,wear-out of CFB boiler, drop-off of casting fuel and expansion of CFB boiler. Facing these problems in operation and maintenance,on the basis of spot investigation,consulting data and studying the operation data from other plants and in combination with the experience in operation and adjustment ,the paper suggests some countermeasures and provides some reference for the operation and designof CFB boiler.
