摘要
针对传统直流伺服系统中电机PWM功率放大器设计复杂、设计周期长、参数不易修改的缺点,提出了使用IPM模块代替保护和功率转换电路,采用自上而下的设计方法,利用CLPD产生PWM信号进行控制电路的设计思路,使用VHDL语言完成了电路设计,经过仿真验证具有较高的精度和可靠性,达到了设计要求。为同类功率方法器设计和制造提供了参考。
To ameliorate the defects existing in present DC Servo System design such as complex detail long cycle length not easy to modify,the IPM module is adopted to substitute and protect power switch circuit. VHDL and up-to-down design method which the control circuit is designed to obtain PWM based on CPLD. The accuracy and reliability of simulation meet the demand of design.
