工科大学生专业素质能力培养的探索

The Exploration of How to Enhance the professional Qualities of students

专业素养是一个工科大学生综合素质的重要组成。以电子信息工程专业学生培养为案例,通过分析当前学生素养培养,即在理论基础、电子线路设计及应用能力、电子系统综合设计能力、工程素质、实践动手能力、计算机软硬件开发与应用能力、知识面及知识体系和创新能力等方面存在的问题,提出了重视"三种知识结构"、"三种方法"和"五种能力"的培养思路,并提出了改革措施,对同类大学生培养提供了借鉴。

Professional guality is an important component of comprehensive gualities for a Engineering student. The paper,taking the students in the department of electronic information engineering for example,analyses the students＇ existing fanlts which involve theoretical basis, electronic circuit design and its utilization, the ability to design an electronic system comprehensively,engineering guality,practical ability,the ability to develop and apply software and hardware ,the breadth of knowledge and the system of knowledge and the ability to create and so on,and suggests the cultivation approaches： focus on ＂three knowledge structures＂, ＂three methods＇and＂five abilities＂,which gives a reference for people ofthe same trade.
