从单粒子效应的地面模拟评价兰州重离子加速器 被引量:3

摘要 宇航器件的单粒子效应是威胁航天器安全的重要因素之一,利用加速器的地面模拟是研究单粒子效应的主要手段。从单粒子效应模拟研究对加速器的基本要求出发,论证了兰州重离子加速器在单粒子效应研究中的重要地位。 Cosmic ray induced single event phenomena in VLSI circuits imperil seriously the safety of space flight.Accelerator simulation plays an important role in various test methods.In the paper,the main parameters and characteristics of HIRFL(Heavy Ion Research Facility of Lanzhou) are presented and it is shown that HIRFL is an effective tool to perform single event phenomena test from the standpoint of the requirements of simulation.
