摘要 20世纪80年代初至1993年为我所计算机监控技术的研究探索阶段,完成了我国第一套水电厂计算机监控系统,并通过摸索几种不同结构模式的监控系统,取得了宝贵的试点经验。1994年起,国内水电厂兴起"无人值班"(少人值守)热潮,面向网络的H9000分布开放系统应运而生,为众多水电厂"无人值班"(少人值守)创造了条件。2000年进一步推出了高可靠性的H9000 V3.0系统,满足了大型水电厂无人值班的技术要求。随着三峡等以巨型机组特大型电站为特征的水电站的建设,我们又推出了高性能的H9000 V4.0系统,在三峡右岸投入运行后完全满足了运行的要求,登上了水电站计算机监控技术的制高点。文章主要从上述几个方面回顾了中国水科院自动化所成立30年来在水电厂计算机监控领域的发展和变化历程。 From the early 1980s to 1993 is the exploration stage of computer supervision and control technology in our institute.In this stage,the first computer supervision and control system for hydropower plant was finished.Since 1994,the open distributed H9000 systems have been developed to meet the needs of'unmanned on duty'in hydropower plants.In 2000,the high reliable H9000 V3.0 system was put out.Along with the super hydropower stations with huge units like Three Gorges are constructed,the H9000 V4.0 system with high performances is put into operation.The paper reviews the advance in computer supervision and control technology for hydropower plants over the last thirty years since the Department of Automation of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research has been founded.
