辛烯基琥珀酸酐的合成

摘要 1-辛烯与顺丁烯二酸酐在高温高压下经烃化反应合成辛烯基琥珀酸酐。针对此反应过程中副反应多的问题,进行了抑制剂的筛选,实验结果表明,酸性试剂硼酸一定程度上可以抑制副反应的发生。通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了较适宜的反应条件:硼酸用量2%,反应温度210℃,反应时间为4 h,顺丁烯二酸酐与1-辛烯的摩尔比为1:2.5。在此条件下,产物的透明度好,副产物少,产物收率高。 Octenyl succinic anhydride was synthesized from 1 -octene and maleic anhydride(MA) by hydrocarbylation reaction at high - temperature and high - pressure. Aiming at the problem of more side reactions in the process, some inhibitors were analyzed. The experimental results indicated that boric acid could control side reaction in a certain extent. The effects of reaction conditions on hydrocarbylation were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. The optimal conditions were as follows: amount of boric acid 2%, reaction temperature 210 ℃, reaction time 4 h, molar ratio of MA to 1 - octylene 1 : 2.5. Under the optimal conditions, there was good transparency of the product, few by - products, high yield of product.
