摘要
对小蓟石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物的杀虫、抑菌生物活性测定表明:在浓度为500 mg/L时,三种提取物对五种供试菌种均没有明显的抑菌活性;在浓度为5%时,石油醚提取物对三龄粘虫具有一定的胃毒活性;在活性追踪的指导下,分离得到一具有拒食活性的纯化合物(C14)β-谷甾醇,为一已知化合物。
The bioassay results showed that petrolem ether extract, ether acetate extract and methanol extract of Cirsium segetum had no obvious fungicidal activity against the five fungi at the concentration of 500mg/L; Petrolem ether extract had contact stomach poison activity against 3rd instar larvae of Mythimna separata Walker at the concentration of 5%. C14 is β- sterol which exhibited the antifeedant activity.
