摘要
目的了解护士抑郁与焦虑水平及影响因素,提高护士心理健康水平。方法通过心理自评量表,从人事性质、学历水平、婚否以及工作年限等4个维度对104名护士抑郁与焦虑双因子状况进行调查分析。结果104名护士在SDS因子均分与SAS均分上处于正常临界值之内;人事性质对抑郁与焦虑得分均存有显著影响;工作年限、婚否对抑郁得分有显著影响,但对焦虑得分影响不大;学历水平对两项得分均没有显著影响。结论聘用性质的、未婚的、工作年限不长的护士抑郁与焦虑倾向较为明显,心理健康状况值得关注。
Objective To investigate the status of depression and anxiety factors so as to know about the influencing factors of depression and anxiety in nurses. Methods Using a questionnaire on psychological self-judgment, we carried on a survey on 104 nurses,from the following 4 dimensions: the employment mode, academic level, marital status, and working time. Results The score distribution of both SDS and SAS factors was within the normal range. The employment mode had significant influence on both the depression and anxiety scores. Working time and marital status had significantly influence on depression scores but not on anxiety score. Educational level had no obvious influence on both scores. Conclusion The nurses, who are unmarried or employed temporarily or worked for lesser years, have a more obvious inclination of being depressed and anxious; and attention should be paid to their psychological health condition.
