摘要
绩效评价是企业信息主管晋升、奖惩、培训提供科学的依据,有助于提高工作绩效和实现组织目标。本文从IT管理能力、信息战略能力、IT应用能力、IT技术能力四个方面,构建了信息主管绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重系数,针对评价指标的模糊性,建立了绩效评价模糊综合评价模型,并作了实例分析。
Performance appraisal of enterprise CIO can provide a scientific basis for promotions, rewards, punishments and trainings of Chief Information Office. It is helpful to improve the work performance and realize organizational objectives. This paper presents the appraisal index system of Chief Information Office based on four aspects: IT management skills, information strategic abilities, IT application abilities, and IT technical abilities. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to determine the weight of index. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up to describe the fuzzy property of appraisal index system. And a numeric example is employed to illustrate the method.
