摘要
为了帮助企业解决人力资源管理问题,本文设计基于系统思维的人力资源管理诊断模型。由系统思想指导,将现代的人力资源管理的理念融合到模型中。在分析人力资源管理各模块内容与相互关系的基础上得出模型主体部分。通过分数测评纬度计算出被诊断企业在该模块的得分情况,从而结合系统思维初步判断人力资源管理系统的问题。在此基础上进一步探究各模块问题的原因,并帮助企业改进人力资源管理水平,增强企业的核心竞争力。
In order to provide solutions for human resource management problems of enterprise, I have designed this human resources management diagnosis model with system thought as the basis. This model bears the following characteristics: Firstly, under the guiding methodology of systematic thinking, it features modern human resources management idea. Secondly, the body of this model is drawn as per analysis of content and relations of various modules in the aspect of human resources management. Apart from these two features, the diagnosis is drawn through a perfect combination of systematic thinking and evaluation results on certain models followed by a further investigation of issues on certain models, which eventually help enterprises to improve human resource management level and utilize the management system, and most importantly, increased the core competitiveness of enterprises.
