ICI药物诱导在改良包皮环切术中的应用

Application of ICI pharmacon induction in circumcision

目的:探索一种使包皮环切术后外观更完美,同时减少术后并发症的可靠方法。方法:ICI药物诱导使阴茎硬性勃起,采用局部浅静脉注射局麻药,分层包皮环切术,准确切除多余包皮,精确对位缝合伤口。结果:18例受术者经术后1周～3年随访,未出现并发症,外观自然,患者均很满意。结论:该方法操作方便,出血少,切除包皮量准确,伤口对合好,ICI药物诱导为改良包皮环切术中值得用的一种较好的方法。

Objective To investigate a dependable method that make the appearance of penis better and the complications decreased. Methods Pharmacon of intra-cavernous injection（ICI） made the penis erect, Locally injected anesthetics by vein, we resected surplus prepuce accurately, sutured the wound precisely. Results 18 cases were followed up by one week to three years and had no complications, the figure of penis were natural. All patients were satisfied. Conclusions simple, less of bleeding, accurate recected surplus prepuce and good figure of penis, pharmacon of ICI induction is a good method of circumcision.
