重睑术后常见并发症原因分析及其处理

Reason analysis on the common postoperative complications of blepharoplasty and the corresponding treatment methods

目的:分析临床上较常见的四种重睑术后并发症原因并探讨其矫正方法。方法:对我科117例接受重睑修整术患者进行病因分析,并针对不同原因导致的重睑畸形患者进行针对性手术矫治。结果:患者术后接受2～6个月不等的随访,基本上获得了满意的效果。结论:对于重睑成形术后可能导致的常见并发症,要以预防为主,提高首次重睑成形术的成功率。通过二次手术治疗,大多数重睑畸形患者能够恢复正常的重睑形态。

Objective To analyse four common types of postoperative complications of blepharoplasty and to search the corresponding treatment methods. Methods To analyse the complications of 117 cases who acceptted secondary blepharoplasty at our department, and used corresponding methods to cure it. Results Through 2-6 months following up, the effection of secondary blepharoplasty we had was satisfactory. Conclusion We should try our best to elevate the first-operative successful rate. Through suitable secondary operation, most of the complications can be cured.
