偏突颌畸形正颌治疗对口唇软组织的影响

Influence of oral lips after orthognathic surgery of laterognathism of the mandible

目的:研究偏突颌畸形正颌治疗对口唇软组织的影响。方法:正颌手术在矫治颌骨不对称畸形的同时,利用部分口周肌束移位,重建口轮匝肌的动力平衡,从而达到口唇部软组织畸形的整复。结果:24例患者经治疗后,颌面部不对称畸形得到明显改善,唇部畸形也得到明显改善,颏部外形符合美学标准,颏唇沟形态自然。结论:正颌手术矫正颌骨畸形同时,可有效地矫正继发的唇部畸形,实现口周肌的动力平衡。

Objective To study the influence of oral lips after orthognathic surgery of laterognathism of the mandible. Methods Establishing the balance of oral tip muscles and correcting anomaly of oral lip, followed by orthognathic surgery to correct mandibular asymmetry and taking oral tip muscles to restore the well-balanced position. Results 24 cases of laterognathism of the mandible were corrected with orthognathic surgery. The symmetry of patients＇ face and oral lips was improved greatly. Mentolabial sulcus became natural and harmonious. Conclusion orthognathic surgical procedures could correct mandibular asymmetry, meanwhile, correct oral lip deformities, achieve functional reconstruction and balance of oral lip muscles.
