计算机网络已经成为电大教师教学与学生学习的一个极为重要的载体,对网上教学过程实施有效的宏、微观管理是远程教育质量保证之本,远程教学监控策略规划及应用是有效管理的重要手段。在制定监控策略的基础上开发了多种远程监控功能,自动生成各种统计数据报表,利用报表提供的准确数据信息,通过"事中监控"、"过程分析"、"评价反馈"和宏观与微观管理、监控技术与人工管理相结合等手段实现教学管理目标,实践证明其对网上教学推动与调控的显效性。

Computer Network has become an important carrier between distance teaching and learning in radio and TV universities. The macroscopical and microcosmic administration of network teaching ensures to distance education effectiveness whereas monitor strategy and application of distance education are important methods of the administration. A variety of distance monitor application and automatic statistics reports have been developed based on the monitor strategy. According to the accurate data provided by the reports and by using ＂monitoring-analyzing-evaluating＂ method, the macroscopical and microcosmic management as well as automatic and manual administration techniques, effectiveness in promoting network teaching and control has been proved in practice.
