摘要
随着物权法的颁布和实施,公众的物权观念逐步强化,在房屋拆迁中的维权意识愈加凸显。《物权法》对城市房屋拆迁问题起到了很好的立法整理作用,并对房屋拆迁的模式进行了全新的定位与规制,清晰地界定了商业拆迁与政府征收行为的界限。
With the promulgation and implementation of Property Rights Law, public property concept has been gradually strengthened and the rights awareness in the course of the building demolition is increasingly dominant. Property Rights Law on the issue of the demolition of urban housing has played a good role in the legislative finishing and it has renewed to locate and regulate the patterns of the housing demolition and clearly defined the boundary between the commercial demolition and the levying act of the government.
