摘要
目的为医院药房人力资源优化及管理提供。方法通过对现阶段医院药房人力资源管理现状存在问题的分析,针对这些问题提出了六点方法来管理和优化人力资源。结论为管理和优化人力资源提供依据。
Objective To find out effetive methods to optimize and manage human resources for hospital pharmacy. Methods First to analyze the problem that now exsisted in hospital pharmacy and then put forward five ways of optimizing and managing human resources. Conclusion The essay provides a basis for optimizing and managing human resources.
